MadArt in South Lake Union: A Henry Contemporaries Event

Tuesday, May 27, 2014, 6:00 - 8:00 PM

Join fellow Henry Art Gallery Patrons, Contemporaries, and local artists for a preview of the new MadArt street level studios which provide artists with space for creating and showing unexpected art.

Meet founder Alison Milliman, director Tim Detweiler, and next exhibiting artist John Grade at this exclusive first look at MadArt’s expansive new home.

Henry Contemporaries committee members Jon Gentry (architect, goCstudio) and Kathleen Warren (director, Urban Artworks) will also share with us the process of creating Charred, a public art installation that revealed the new MadArt space to the neighborhood during construction.

Wine and hors d’oeuvres will be served. Space is limited.
