INCITE•INSIGHT: Artist Lecture with Haegue Yang

Thursday, February 6, 2014, 7:00 - 8:00 PM
Henry Auditorium
FREE

Join Korean-born artist Haegue Yang for an INCITE•INSIGHT conversation in conjunction with her current solo exhibition Haegue Yang: Anachronistic Layers of Dispersion, on view through February 9.

Cornish College of the Arts and Henry Art Gallery have formed a new partnership to present INCITE•INSIGHT, a series of public lectures and performances that promote engagement with contemporary art practice. Invited artists, curators, and thinkers will visit Seattle for short residencies to interact with students through group conversation and studio visits. The series emphasizes and advances the long-standing commitment that Cornish and the Henry share in support of meaningful dialogues around the social and cultural impact of art and the ideas of our time.

This lecture is SOLD OUT. We will be opening doors at 6:15 pm and seating is first come first served for those with reserved tickets. Unclaimed seats will be released 10 minutes prior to the lecture at 6:50. If you have NOT RSVP’d we strongly encourage you to arrive early as we will be releasing unclaimed seats at 6:50.
